DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!

The scenario to the left happens more often than you think.  Or you leave the prints that you bought on your Cancun vacation five years ago under your bed or in the closet.

The family portrait that you had taken two years ago is still in its cellophane envelope in the box marked family photos.

You paid money for the prints and photos but you are not enjoying your investment.

The excuse that we hear most often at Sandlapper is "I just don't think about it until I see them at home.  Then I have to go through all the hassle of finding a framer that I can trust and remembering to put them in the car, and then my dog got in my way."

Now, we have developed a solution to this growing problem.  And the solution will get those dust bunnies off your artwork and have it hanging before Aunt Mildred comes to visit.  See our 3 step solution below.

3 step process for getting those prints out from under your bed!
1. Email Sandlapper at robin@sandlapperart.com. or call us at 803-785-4278
What to put in subject line?  Help me with a picture.
Attach a picture of your picture.  Give us basic colors in the room such as tan walls, blue sofa, etc. and any likes or dislikes on your part such as I hate gold frames or I really like a mat with a nice shade of blue, not too blue, though.  And don't forget to tell us what city and state that you live in so we  can figure out the shipping.

2. Look for a return email from Sandlapper within 48 to 72 hours
This return email with have sample framing ideas as attachments and all costs associated with getting the framed picture back to you including having it picked up at your home (or office).
Decide which choice fits your lifestyle or call or email with questions.  Let us know and we will discuss payment arrangements with you then.

3.  We will have the artwork, photo or other item to be framed picked up.
FedX will have the tube or box ready to put your picture inside.  All you have to do is put it inside.

4.  Your wall art is returned to you and is ready to hang.
Hey, this is four steps.  That's because only the first three steps require your participation.  We are doing all the work here to make it easier and fun for you.  The fourth step is us returning it to you.  You do still have to get a hammer and put the nail (provided to you free of charge) in the wall.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1.  How much will it cost?
Answer:  We can not adequately or accurately answer that until we have the size, your location and your choices.  You will receive at least three solutions and you can choose what price fits your budget.

2.  Will my artwork be safe?
Answer:  We fully insure your art with the carrier for its value.  We also carry liability insurance.  If an act of nature occurs, we will work with you to replace what we can.  The likelihood of this occurring is less than .5%.

3.  What type of payments do you accept?
Answer:  We accept VISA and MasterCard.  We will also accept money orders or certified checks.  All of this will be discussed with you when we respond to you.  There are no hidden costs.  You will be given every cost associated with completing your order.

4.  How can you possibly know what I want if I am not right there to tell you?
Answer:  We have been in business since 1996 and handled many transactions long distance.  Our clients are happy with our work and we will call or email you with our questions.  Our goal is to give you the best product possible.  It has also been our experience that our customers would rather us make suggestions and then they choose what they like.  We can refine the choices also.  You may like one frame better than another or different mats.  We aim to please.
All of our work is 100% guaranteed.
